ORTHOFLEX one® is an innovative intra-articular viscosupplement for the treatment of osteoarthritis (arthrosis), combining in a single formula two of the most important natural components of the joint: Hyaluronic Acid and Chondroitin Sulfate, in a Cross-Linked formula with a prolonged effect.

The role of hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid is the main component of the synovial fluid and of the articular cartilage.

Indications

• Gonarthrosis (knee osteoarthritis)
• Joint pain caused by cartilage wear
• Athletes with joint overload

Administration

• 1 intra-articular injection per treatment
• Administration is performed exclusively by a specialist physician.
• If both joints are affected, one syringe is used for each joint.

After the injection

• Joint rest for 24 hours.
• Avoid intense physical effort.
• Apply cold compresses/ice if needed.
• Follow the specialist physician’s recommendations.

Repeating the treatment

To maintain cartilage protection and prevent the progression of arthrosis, the treatment may be repeated periodically, on the recommendation of the specialist physician. ORTHOFLEX injections are performed exclusively by a specialist physician within authorised clinics and offices.
