2. Definitions
- "Website" = ortobrand.ro and all its sub-pages
- "Products" = the ORTHOFLEX® medical devices available on the website
- "Customer" = any natural or legal person who places an order
- "Order" = the Customer's firm request to purchase one or more Products
3. Products
ORTHOFLEX® products are Class III medical devices, intended exclusively for use by or under the supervision of qualified medical staff. They are not intended for self-administration by patients.
The product images on the website are indicative. We reserve the right to change the technical specifications without prior notice, provided that the changes do not affect compliance with the applicable standards.
4. Prices and payment
- The prices displayed are in Romanian lei (RON), excluding VAT, unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the valid price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, online bank card, cash on delivery (where available)
- The order is processed after payment confirmation

The order confirmation is sent by email. An order is considered accepted only after our written confirmation.

All website content (texts, images, logos, design, registered trademarks) is the property of ORTOBRAND INTERNATIONAL SRL and is protected by copyright and industrial property legislation. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without the prior written consent of the company is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
ORTOBRAND INTERNATIONAL SRL cannot be held responsible for:
- Incorrect use of the products by medical staff
- Indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit
- Temporary unavailability of the website due to technical reasons or force majeure
- Inaccuracies in information provided by third parties
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for the non-performance of obligations caused by force majeure events: natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, strikes, acts of public authorities or any other unforeseeable and unavoidable event.
10. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the website. Continued use of the website after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
11. Dispute resolution
Any dispute will be resolved, in the first instance, amicably. Where this is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Romania.

12. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Romanian legislation in force, including the Civil Code, GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights, and EU Regulation 2017/745 on medical devices.
